SimCity 4 Language Changer

One of the problems that plague SimCity 4 players is that they are stuck with the language they chose during installation. This doesn't seem too bad, unless you want to use another language or don't want your Sims driving on the "wrong" side of the road.

To address this problem (and to learn a little C#) I wrote a program to change the language. To run it you will need the .NET Framework v1.1 or higher, a Windows OS, an installation of SimCity 4, and more than one language files (you can get them from your SimCity 4 install CDs).

This program is as yet incomplete. I still need more information about what languages correspond to which hex code in the registry. If you feel up to the task, look in your registry, in HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Maxis\SimCity 4\1.0\Language for hex codes I don't already have.
